How fast do I get paid?
Within 3 business days after the funds arrive at Trevi Company. Creators, chatters and your agency commission are paid in the same cycle, each through their preferred method.
Do I need my own company?
No. Trevi Company is the contracting party with creators and chatters, and you work with us as a commercial partner under your own agreement. Your personal tax obligations remain yours, and we recommend taking local advice.
What do creators and chatters sign?
An independent contractor agreement with Trevi Company, adapted to their own country. Each engagement is assessed for identity and country eligibility before a contract is issued.
Why use Trevi instead of handling contracts and payments myself?
Contracting people across several countries, paying them in different currencies and keeping reporting in order is a full-time job on its own. We do that part so you can focus on growing accounts.
In which countries can you make payments?
Latin America, the U.S., Europe and Asia. If there is a location where we haven't paid yet, we're open to the challenge.
Can I receive my commission in cryptocurrency?
Yes. Your commission can be paid in USDT, by bank transfer or through the e-wallets we support.
Can different people be paid through different methods?
Yes. A creator in Ukraine can be paid in USDT, chatters in the Philippines through Wise, and your commission by wire — all from the same cycle.
What happens if a bank delays or blocks a transfer?
If a transfer is held by a bank through no fault of the recipient, we re-issue the payment from our own funds and recover the original amount once the bank releases it.
How do I know Trevi is here to stay?
We have provided payment services to the adult industry since 2015 and to OnlyFans agencies since 2020, across Latin America, the US, Europe and Asia. Our systems have run without interruption for years, with multiple backup layers.
How is the structure set up legally?
Our structure and contract templates were developed with external legal and tax advisers and are adapted per country. Each engagement is assessed before contracting. Trevi Company is not affiliated with OnlyFans.
